Terms & Conditions:
- By accepting this quote, you are accepting a legally binding contract for work to be completed at an agreed upon price. This quote is valid for 7 days from the day it is provided to you.
- Payment is due in full upon completion of service.
- You agree to provide onsite Water and Electrical supply as needed to complete the stated project.
- Removal and replacement of grills, deck furniture, planters, etc. is the responsibility of the homeowner/tenant. An Additional charge will be applied for the time and labor devoted to the removal of these items.
- Children and pets must be kept off work surface for at least 24 hours after our work is complete.
- Windows, Siding and other materials may become water spotted as a result of our services as the materials become dry after we leave the job site. Window cleaning is NOT included.
- Quoted gutter cleaning does not include any interior cleaning of the gutters with "any" kind of gutter guards or screens. Woody's Home Services LLC does "not" remove gutter guards or screens unless specifically stated on the quote.
- Woody's Home Services LLC is not responsible for damages due to *improperly installed siding, *loose shingles, *broken, open, or improperly sealed windows, electrical panels, meters, outlets, *wood rot, *defective construction, *loose or improperly installed gutters, *improper caulking, *loose mortar, *faded coloring to building materials.
- All services are for Treatment of "Organic" Moss, Algae and Lichens unless otherwise specifically stated on the quote. "Organic" Treatment does not include oil, grease, rust, oxidation or any other "non-organic" materials.
- Guarantee of Service: All Soft Wash services have a minimum 12 Month “No Green Guarantee”. Complete Roof Treatments have a Limited 3 year guarantee of "No" new Organic growth. * Roof Treatments with surrounding Trees within 20 feet or that hang over/touching the Roof qualify for 1 Year guarantee *
- All service Guarantees are transferable as the guarantee is by address, and not persons.
- All payments for Service are Due upon Completion unless a payment schedule has been approved by Woody's Home Services LLC. Late payments after 30 days from Service Completion date will accrue a 5% late fee every 30 days past the Service Completion date.
- Homeowner/Tenant/Agent agrees to allow Woody's Home Services LLC to dispose of all debris removed from the home being treated in the on-site yard waste bin/can.
- Homeowner/Tenant/Agent agrees to allow Woody's Home Services LLC to use all before and after photos taken on-site for use in all advertising and marketing on all social media platforms and the company website.
Messaging Terms & Conditions
General
When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.
By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Woody’s Home Services for Woody's Home Services. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.
Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with Woody's Home Services. Woody’s Home Services reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. Woody’s Home Services also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number where messages are sent.
Message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Your wireless provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellation
You can cancel any time by texting "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP", we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from Woody’s Home Services again, just sign up as you did the first time and Woody’s Home Services will start sending messages to you again.

Transfer of Number
You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply “STOP” from the original number or notify us of your old number at woodyspowerwashing@gmail.com. The duty to inform us based on the above events is a condition of using this service to receive messages.

Messaging Terms Changes
We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time.
